EUGENE, Ore. – The Oregon women's tennis team opened its 2024 spring season Friday with a 7-0 sweep over Portland State at the Student Tennis Center.
The Ducks won their season opener for the third straight season, and sixth time in the last seven years, while improving their all-time record against the Vikings to 27-0. UO won two of three doubles matches and all six singles matches, with four coming in straight sets.
"We have a lot of new players. They have adjusted very well, and everyone fits well on the team," said head coach .
